Joshua Werner is the Co-Founder and Editor-In-Chief of the publishing company Source Point Press, as well as the Chief Creative Officer of its parent company, Ox Eye Media. He’s also the author of books such as The Brutality of Fact, Adoration for the Dead, Rampant and others, as well as the writer of the hit comic series The Winchester Mystery House, and The Winchester Mystery House: The Hundred Year Curse where he’s also done cover art and colors. As an illustrator Josh has done artwork for several licensed characters and properties, including Transformers, Doctor Who, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Deadworld, Warlord of Mars, Vampirella, Night of the Living Dead, The Wicker Man, and others. As a cover artist, penciler, inker, colorist, and letterer, Josh’s work can be found on numerous comic books, including Broken Gargoyles, The Rejected: Dead Girl, Rottentail, The Viking Queen: The Sleepers in Shadow, Frankenstein or the Modern Prometheus, Jack of Spades, Source Point Presents, Zombie Rush: Riot, Renegade, 13 Little Hells, Project Shadowbreed, The Creepshow in Necrogeddon, Holliston: Friendship is Tragic, Holliston: Carnival of Carnage, Holliston Goes to Hell, Horror Double Feature, Spaced Out, and many more. He was also the artist of an exclusive Superman comic story appearing in the program for the officially licensed theatrical musical “It’s a Bird, It’s a Plane, it’s Superman”, where he also played the role of Jimmy Olsen.
As an actor he’s also appeared in movies and shows such as Schism, Replicator, UFO: The Otis Files, The Monster Show, The Sonnet Project, Consigned to Oblivion, Chair Gang, Friday Night Death Slot, and Vampirism Bites, as well as numerous YouTube shorts. He holds art department and producing credits on other films as well, including The Dark Below, Mimesis: Nosferatu, and Rottentail.
